Shipping policy

The short version

Free tracked shipping to US addresses. Ships in 1 to 3 business days, then arrives in 5 to 8 business days.

Orders ship from our supplier's warehouse in China, tracked, within 1 to 3 business days, and arrive 5 to 8 business days after they ship.

Where we ship: US addresses in the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or APO, FPO or DPO addresses yet.
Cost: free on every order. There is no minimum and no shipping charge at checkout.
Time: ships in 1 to 3 business days, then arrives in 5 to 8 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting holidays. Orders around Chinese public holidays can take longer to ship.
If it cannot ship in time: if your order cannot ship within 3 business days, we email you and you can cancel for a full refund.
Tracking: every order is tracked. You get the tracking number by email when it ships.
Battery: it has a built-in rechargeable battery, so it travels on a carrier line that accepts battery goods.
If it is late: if tracking stops moving, or the parcel has not arrived 11 business days after you order, tell us. Email support@clinaray.com. A person answers within two business days.

Returns started within 90 days of delivery come back on our prepaid label, to our US address. The full terms are in the refund policy.
Warranty replacements ship free, tracked, the same way as orders.
